NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 06, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 003266 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004 21XS is the Plaintiff and FRANCINE M REINEL; JOHN W. REINEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
