NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of September 2016 entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006259-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, an agency of the United States of America is Plaintiff, and June Smith, deceased, individually and as trustee of the June G. Smith Revocable Trust dated January 2, 2002, including any amendments; Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against, June G. Smith, Deceased; and Nokomis East Association, Inc. f/k/a Mobile City Association, Inc. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 4th day of October 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, MARLAND COURT, UNIT 2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 31 and 31A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
