NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-000273 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and Harvey S. Hunter; The Unknown Spouse of Hervey S. Hunter; First Horizon Home Loan Corporation A Dissolved Corp.; Eagle Watch Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Chase Home Finance LLC Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, EAGLE WATCH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
