CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 12, LANCASTER II, PHASE 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5340, PAGE 1665, REVISED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5532, PAGE 1066, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
