NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in 29-2016-CA-003798 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006- AR8 TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROSA MARIA ASSENZA A/K/A ROSA M. ASSENZA, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ROSA MARIA ASSENZA TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2008; ANTONIO J.
