NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-008124 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JPMORGAN CHASE BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AP1, is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF PABLO DIAZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 30, of Collins extension to West Tampa, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 38, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 709 N WILLOW AVENUE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33606
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
