NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale in favor of Plaintiff, The Villages Of Oak Creek Master Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 12th day of September, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 4, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 10, Block 6, Parkway Center Single Family Phase 2A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 19 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8325 Arabian Dunes Place, Riverview, Florida 33578 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
