NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-003861-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PMT NPL Financing 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and Amber Armentrout; Unknown Spouse of Amber Armentrout; James Gunter; Unknown Spouse of James Gunter; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; The State of Florida Department of Revenue; Dari Downing; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Property; Unknown Tenant # 2 in Possession of the Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
