NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-003540-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and KENNETH MERCER A/K/A KENNETH D. MERCER and ROTHMOOR ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on OCTOBER 14, 2016, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Apartment No. 1403, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of ROTHMOOR ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. ONE, INC. as recorded in O.R. Book 3661, Pages 103 through 208 and amended in O.R. Book 4885, Page 845, and plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 34, 35 and 36 and replatted into Condominium Plat Book 35, Page 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
