NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of March 2016 and entered in Case No. 13002222CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and EDDIE M. MLOTKOWSKI A/K/A M. EDDIE MLOTKOWSKI; ADVANTA BANK CORP.; ATCOST LIQ AND BEER; CJ PUBLISHERS, INC.; CREDENTIAL LEASING CORP. OF FLORIDA, INC.; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; HARBOR ISLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MEAT TRADERS, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION DBA MASTER PURVEYORS; PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY CORPORATION; SEARS, ROEBUCK & CO.; SOUTHTRUST BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; TRUDY SMITH MLOTKOWSKI; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of September, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
