The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-11, Plaintiff and ANGELO NIGIANNIS, KNOWN HEIR OF FANIE NIGIANNIS AKA THEOFANO NIGIANNIS; DIMITRI NIGIANNIS, KNOWN HEIR OF FANIE NIGIANNIS AKA THEOFANO NIGIANNIS; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 13th, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
