NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Vacating Foreclosure Sale, dated August 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-008350-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, 2006-EQ1 is the Plaintiff and Jim Lemonidis; The Unknown Spouse Of Jim Lemonidis; Evelyn P Lemonidis; The Unknown Spouse Of Evelyn P. Lemonidis; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenants #1, Tenants #2, Tenants #3, Tenants #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT THIRTY OF HOPE'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN LOT ONE, BLOCK FIFTY-FOUR OF TARPON SPRINGS, PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
