NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2016, and entered in 15-000278-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and AYHAN KARASU; AYHAN KARASU AS TRUSTEE OF THE 311 WOOD IBIS LAND TRUST U/T/D 5/24/2011; WOOD IBIS #1, INC.; WOOD IBIS #2, INC.; WOOD IBIS #3, INC.; WOOD IBIS #4, INC.; WOOD IBIS #5, INC.; WOOD IBIS #6, INC.; FOREST RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; NICK KOULIANOS; NALAN KIZILTUNC; NEDIM MUSTAFA KIZILTUNC are the Defendant(s).
