NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 03, 2016, and entered in 15-004457-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-3AC is the Plaintiff and JAMES F. NEAL A/K/A JAMES FAIRLIE NEAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES F. NEAL A/K/A JAMES FAIRLIE NEAL; DRUID OAKS PROPERTIES, LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
