YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
A leasehold estate created by that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement by and between Bel-Aire Mobile Home Owners, Inc. and Edmund E. Lewis, a single man, a life estate, remainder to George C. Richards, III, a married man, Jean Severance, a married woman, Joan E. Richards and Sally Milleken dated April 7, 1988 and recorded in Official Records Book 8576, Page 117, Assignment of Occupancy Agreement to James A. Walker, a married man, recorded in Official Records Book 14935, Page 634; Assignment of Occupancy Agreement to Andrew McKay, a single man, dated January 12, 2007 and recorded in Official Records Book 15586, Page 1254 and Tax Deed Certificate issued to Billcon Properties, LLC, recorded in Official Records Book 18819, Page 2679, and pertaining to the following described property, to wit:
Unit 64, BEL-AIRE MOBILE VILLAGE, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (Plot Plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7512, Page 692, as amended, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8576, Page 117, as assigned, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with Mobile Home VIN 65PR3FB333
Together with any equity owned in said unit or any assets of BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., and including Stock Certificate #469, representing one (1) share in BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1973 PARL mobile home, Title #0005971516, and Real Property Decal #R289684, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached thereto or made part thereof.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1626 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
