NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-009815-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS5 is the Plaintiff and Martin R. Goldman; Unknown Spouse of Martin R. Goldman if any; Sandra E. Berman; Unknown Spouse of Sandra E. Berman; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Anclote River Crossing Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, ANCLOTE RIVER CROSSING, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 7 THROUGH 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
