NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-004104-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and MARIE FRANCE SCHERER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 403, BUILDING H, of PALMA DEL MAR V, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 5263, beginning at Page 1026 and Condominium Plat Book 55, Pages 4 through 17, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the percentage share of the common elements as set forth in said Declaration.
Property Address: 6372 S. Palma Del Mar Blvd., #403, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33715
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
