NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-000226-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and LEYSI JORGE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 15, block 15, Leslee Heights-section two, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page(s) 18 and 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4559 23rd Avenue N, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
