LEPRETRE A/K/A JEAN CLAUDE LEPRETRE A/K/A JEAN CLAUDE R. LEPRETRE; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A TAWANNA THOMAS are the Defendant(s).
