NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16000653CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and DELORES J. ROGELL A/K/A DOLORES J. ROGELL A/K/A DOLORES ROGALLIS ROGELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELORES J. ROGELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; are defendants. BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4385, SECTION 71 PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGE 27A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
