NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002045 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-2, Plaintiff and Susan K. Byler are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on January 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
