NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2016-CA-000188 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Janet Culp, deceased, John Richard Seekamp Jr, as an Heir of the Estate of Janet Culp, deceased, Kerry Jo Seekamp, as an Heir of the Estate of Janet Culp, deceased, Lynne Nash Seekamp, as Heir of the Estate of Janet Culp, deceased, Lynne Nash Seekamp, as Personal Representative and heir of the Estate of Janet Culp, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 1652.52 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 392.06 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 16; THENCE RUN NORTH 01 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 50 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, 1063.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 10 SECONDS EAST, 392.06 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 50 SECONDS WEST, 1063.00 FEET RETURNING TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
