NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 17th, 2016 in Case No. 2015-CA-002555 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Charlotte County, Florida, in which Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Patrick P. Campo, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00AM or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 21 day of November, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 150, ROTONDA WEST BROAD MOOR, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 18A THROUGH 18L, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
