Simony a/k/a Melissa Simony, Regions Bank, River Point of Manatee Home Owners Association, Inc., Gregory G. Simony a/k/a Gregory Simony, Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
