NOTICE is hereby given that, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 6th day of October, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 7, Block A, CORRECTIVE PLAT OF FAIRFIELD ACRES, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 45, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 2205 23rd Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
