NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-001809-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL HOY; PATRICIA LYNN MITCHELL A/ K/A P. LYNN MITCHELL HOY; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on 13 day of October, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, OF DEMERE LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 58 FEET BY 135 FEET LESS CANAL R/W 38 FEET BY 25 FEET APPROXIMATELY OF SAID LOT ADJACENT TO CANAL EXTENDS INTO THE CANAL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
