Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 20, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 12, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
“LOTS 14, 15 AND 16, BLOCK 8, SUNNY ACRES, BEING OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS: THE WEST 138 FEET OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF BLOCK 8, SUNNY ACRES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.”
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at eleven o'clock a.m., on October 13, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
