NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-001471 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block B, RIVERWOOD, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 53, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the mobile home situated thereon which is affixed to the aforementioned real property and incorporated therein, further identified as 1970 Tropic Trailers/ VIN #60120976/Title #94838219
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
