NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000734-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 2903, Building 29, of THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4187, Page 3473, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common areas pertinent thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
