KOGER A/K/A SHIRLEY KAY KOGER; CACV OF COLORADO, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SCOTT MCCORMICK et al are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
