HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MARIA I. RAMIREZ ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA I. RAMIREZ ; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 13, 2016 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
