NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2016, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001201 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and ELSA PERDOMO; ARMANDO PERDOMO; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 193, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
