YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a claim for reformation of a deed to correct the legal description upon the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit/Week Number 17, in Condominium Parcel Unit 407, of EAGLE'S NEST ON MARCO BEACH, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 976, Page 600, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, if any.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Hosea M. Horneman, Esq., of Michael J. Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
