YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 27, Block 7, NAPLES MANOR EXTENSION according to the amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 101, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
