RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-0002042 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein TAYLOR BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP, is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY BORGES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The West 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract No. 19 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit 63, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 63 in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
