NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-004740-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS9 is the Plaintiff and TAUNI S. PICKRELL; RONALD C. PICKRELL; HATCHER ROAD ESTATES PHASE III - A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BPTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 4027 BUTTONBUSH LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 14, 2014 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
