NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000624-0000-00 CICI of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, DBA Christiana Trust, Not Individually but as Trustee for Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R, is the Plaintiff and Derek Lawson a/k/a Derek G. Lawson, Holly Hill Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Joyce Lawson, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 18th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 82, HOLLY HILL ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 27-29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
