NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-007463-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GWENDOLYN BUXTON A/K/A GWENDOLYN BURCH A/K/A GWENDOLYN C. BUXTON A/K/A GWENDOLYN CULPEPER BUXTON, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 OF BABSON PARK HEIGHTS, SECTION ONE, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
