NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 June, 2016, and entered in Case No. 53-2016-CA-000166 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Barbara Whitford, United States of America, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Sheri Stokes, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A David Stokes, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 21st of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
