NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on Sept. 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050956, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2N is the Plaintiff, and FRANK D'AGOSTA A/K/A FRANK DAGOSTA; ADRIENNE D'AGOSTA A/K/A ADRIENNE DAGOSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK D'AGOSTA A/K/A FRANK DAGOSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIENNE D'AGOSTA A A/K/A ADRIENNE DAGOSTA are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Online Sale - www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 6 day of January, 2017 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29 IN BLOCK 136 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT FOUR PART TWO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 ON PAGES 13 THROUGH 22 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
