NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051255 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Helena Darlington; Hezekiah Darlington III; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Hezekiah Darling, Jr. a/k/a Hezekiah Darlington, Jr., Deceased; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; United States of America are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF FLORIDA AND KNOWN AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE EAST 25 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST INTERSECTION OF INDIAN AND HIGH STREETS; THENCE NORTH 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF HIGH STREET 70 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF MANGO STREET 112.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET; THENCE WEST 112.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; (BEING LOT 15, BLOCK J, OF BARDENS UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
