NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 15 day of September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050957, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LINDA KAY AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN SANDERS CRYSTAL LAKES MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. LINDA KAY RICHARD L. MARTIN CYNTHIA RICHARDSON UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN SANDERS THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN SANDERS; and MELISSA WISE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 64, CRYSTAL LAKES MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING, TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2126, RAGE 435 THROUGH 483, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2237, PAGE 539, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2217, PAGE 2253 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2624, PAGE 3493 AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
