NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or around September 8, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2016, at 09:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 633, BUILDING 13525, OF MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
