NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 15 day of September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052943, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SHAWN BAILEY; and DANIELS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A SHARLEEN BRESHEARS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, IN BLOCK 2, OF DANIELS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 59 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
