Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 20 day of September, 2016, and entered in case No. 08-CC-001460 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CONTEMPORARY II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL COLON, is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of October, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Contemporary II Condo., OR 1758, PG 1510, Unit 112 also known as 4513 S.W. 8th Court, Unit #112, Cape Coral, Lee County, Florida 33914
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
