YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida,
Lot 31, ANCLOTE RIVER ACRES UNIT ONE, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with that 1998 mobile home bearing serial # GAFLV35A13735HH21, GAFLV35B13735HH21, and GAFLV35C13735HH21.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon STEVEN K.
