Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; Go thence North 89[]23'20” West, a distance of 377.83 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89[]23'20” West, a distance of 258.54 feet; thence North 00[]26'05” West, a distance of 676.89 feet; thence South 89[]23'20” East, a distance of 253.94 feet (This Distance should be 258.94 feet); thence South 00[]26'05” East, a distance of 676.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Less the Easterly and the Northerly 25.00 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
Less the South 335.90 feet thereof.
