BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO MICHAEL S. GALLAGHER AND ANNETTE GALLAGHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM RICHARD L. SHIRLEY AND JANE SHIRLEY, HIS WIFE RECORDED 11/29/2007 IN DEED BOOK 7699 PAGE 1720, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
