NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of September 2016 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005094 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVICEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM ANY POTENTIAL INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. LAMPMAN; PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARBARA J. GILLS A/K/A BARBARA JEAN GILLS BARBARA J. GILLS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. LAMPMAN, DECEASED; BETTY ANN RITCHIE; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING 942, PARK VIEW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005108535, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
