Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 23, CARNEY'S SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on October 31, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
